If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn items can be returned for size change, store credit or refund within 10 days from the date of shipment.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RETURN
To request the return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the address firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving the order. In the e-mail must be specified the codes of the items to be returned and the desired compensation: change size, Store Credit, or refund. Once the return request has been received, Atlantic sas will send the Customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.).
The return can be made with the courier indicated in the email sent by Atlantic sas. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the waybill, which must be completed as indicated in the authorization e-mail received from the Resi Fortuna Srl department. (The Courier will carry a waybill when the parcel is collected).
The return shipping is charged to the customer.
The customer can choose 3 types of compensation:
It is possible to change only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. It is not possible to change the garment with a different article.
Only one free goods change is allowed for each authorized return.

For orders paid by credit card the amount will be visible on the Customer's credit card statement after a minimum of 30 days from the date of reimbursement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used.
For orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer the amount will be returned to the original account.
The return of the items must be received at the headquarters of Atlantic sas within 10 days of the written authorization to the Customer by the Returns Department.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The safety thread present on the returned items must not be cut or broken. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any sign of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
Each garment must be returned including all the original labels, packaging and accessories (Dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all effects an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging.
Returns must be sent within the Atlantic sas box.
In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by Atlantic sas, it is required to follow the same instructions above. Atlantic sas reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to their premises.
Swimwear and underwear (Bikini, briefs, boxers etc.) must be tested on their personal underwear. The returns of these items will be refused and returned to the Customer in the event that the transparent label of hygienic protection has been removed, or in case the items show signs of use.
Atlantic sas reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or sent by couriers other than those indicated in the email with return instructions. The acceptance of these returns however implies a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
Atlantic sas will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
The return costs are charged to the customer.
